Working with Julie was fantastic! As first time home buyers, my husband and I began our search for the perfect home for us to start our lives in. We listened to people when they told us that we would not find everything on our list and that buying a house was stressful and hard. We were prepared. We let Julie know what we wanted in a house, and she found a bunch of houses that met those requirements. On our first day out looking, we were set to go look at 12 houses. Julie was very in tune with what we wanted, she let us know which neighborhoods were better than others, and which houses were better than others.
By the time we got to the house we bought we hadn’t seen many other houses. We knew the instant we stepped inside that this was our home. It had every single thing that we had on our list. It had things we hadn’t even mentioned to Julie that we wanted in our home. The thing is, when we knew that we wanted this house, she knew as well. We did attempt to look at a few more houses, but we all knew that was it and we wanted to put an offer down as soon as possible.
Julie was very good at explaining all of the paperwork and the details. Not only was Julie good, every person that Julie recommended we work with was just as exceptional as she is. All of this made buying our first house an enjoyable experience, which is far from what we had heard with other people’s experiences. We were referred to Julie by some friends of ours that had an equally enjoyable time working with her and we would highly recommend that anyone use Julie as their realtor, she gave us the personal attention that we needed as first time buyers, and was very excited and happy to help us find our home. We couldn’t be happier with the house we bought, and the process went very smoothly. Julie was someone that we both felt that we could trust, and she did not let us down.

Dear Julie,
Who says you can't sell a house in this market? Julie Montgomery started working with us about a year before we were ready to sell, educating us about market trends suggesting ideas about updating our Southpark home and recommending selling strategies.
When the time came we were ready and received two contracts within six days of putting up our sign!
This was a good thing, because Julie also helped us get a contract accepted on our new dream home, fighting off two other competitive offers that were received the same day.
Throughout a very nerve-wracking six weeks, through inspections, repairs, and negotiations, Julie was always there for us. After having our home listed with another agent for a year, we decided to go with Julie when our friends town home they listed with her sold in just 3 days! There are many benefits that come with using Julie Montgomery ( including her personality ). One of the best is her wisdom. She really does know what she is doing. If you follow her advice - your house will sell.
We wish we had known her wisdom when we bought there was so much we didn't know and were not advised on when we bought 4 years ago.

I had to say that Julie is extremely professional and was a joy to work with. She walked into our meeting with a notebook full of information on the housing market and comps and immediately helped us put together a plan to get our house sold.
She got our house staged, continuously monitored comps, and kept us informed every step of the way. Our house sold in 53 days in the bottom of the housing market when numerous other homes in our neighborhood had been sitting for months!
Then she searched exhaustively everyday for weeks until we found our new dream home and got both closings done without a hitch.
