Working with Julie was fantastic! As first time home buyers, my husband and I began our search for the perfect home for us to start our lives in. We listened to people when they told us that we would not find everything on our list and that buying a house was stressful and hard. We were prepared. We let Julie know what we wanted in a house, and she found a bunch of houses that met those requirements. On our first day out looking, we were set to go look at 12 houses. Julie was very in tune with what we wanted, she let us know which neighborhoods were better than others, and which houses were better than others.

By the time we got to the house we bought we hadn’t seen many other houses. We knew the instant we stepped inside that this was our home. It had every single thing that we had on our list. It had things we hadn’t even mentioned to Julie that we wanted in our home. The thing is, when we knew that we wanted this house, she knew as well. We did attempt to look at a few more houses, but we all knew that was it and we wanted to put an offer down as soon as possible.

Julie was very good at explaining all of the paperwork and the details. Not only was Julie good, every person that Julie recommended we work with was just as exceptional as she is. All of this made buying our first house an enjoyable experience, which is far from what we had heard with other people’s experiences. We were referred to Julie by some friends of ours that had an equally enjoyable time working with her and we would highly recommend that anyone use Julie as their realtor, she gave us the personal attention that we needed as first time buyers, and was very excited and happy to help us find our home. We couldn’t be happier with the house we bought, and the process went very smoothly. Julie was someone that we both felt that we could trust, and she did not let us down.
